Aerial yoga allows for instant inversion therapy. The main attraction is spinal traction and passive backbends, but also the functional pulling and grip strength, core and upper body strengthening.
Hatha-Raja yoga is a combination of two forms of yoga – firstly Hatha yoga, which focuses on wellbeing within the physical body and includes the full range of asanas, and Raja yoga which is done in pursuit of inner peace, meditation and relief from stress.
Private coaching for children and adults. These classes will improve technique and artistry. We will look at solo's to gain stamina and strength and work on getting you ready for any auditions, exams or performances in which you may be taking part.
Mat work is a great choice for all levels of Pilates practitioners because the exercises not only can build in difficulty, but every exercise can also be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge. Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, and body awareness. This class is perfect for beginners because you only need your own body, a Mat, and some floor space to start.
Our adult ballet class is suitable for beginners to intermediate. The class is an inspiring way to develop strength, flexibility and coordination.
I am excited to be able to bring all my experiences together and offer ballet workshops. Teaching repertoire and classes to suit any age and level of dance.
These classes are aimed at adults who have had or are at risk of falls.
I teach and guide the class through a series of exercises disguised in dance. We start seated and gradually move into standing. The classes are tailored to the individual and alternative movements are always given. The class is fun and relaxed with a wonderful atmosphere.
